Please read the following policies before booking a session…
booking and communication
to book, start by filling out the contact form with your concept. once we align on the vision, you’ll receive a private booking link to choose your date and pay the 25% non-refundable deposit. the remaining balance will be due on your shoot day.
you’re welcome to notify me of your inquiry on instagram (@wearismax), though email is preferred for ongoing communication. as our shoot date approaches, we’ll exchange mobile numbers for easier coordination.
timing, turnaround and delivery
i work a full-time job alongside photography, so editing timelines may vary. if you have a specific deadline, please book 2–3 weeks in advance, with your delivery date scheduled 1–2 days before any planned posting or release. just share your timeline when booking so i can plan accordingly. final images are delivered via online gallery.
session terms
late arrivals shorten session time. cancel or reschedule at least 3 days in advance; sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge. changes made within 3 days require a new deposit. no-shows without notice incur a $150 fee. outdoor sessions impacted by weather will be moved to a new date or location. all deposits are non-refundable.
what to bring & prep
arrive camera-ready. hair, makeup, and styling are your responsibility unless otherwise arranged. bring a small touch-up kit if needed. please come with wardrobe and accessories for the number of looks in your session plus a few extra options so we can choose what photographs best. when you arrive, i can help style and put together outfits for the number of looks you booked.
image edits and additional photos
final images include professional retouching such as lighting adjustments, skin smoothing, and color correction.
i do not edit or reshape bodies.
additional retouched images beyond what’s included are $8 each. i’ll send an invoice prior to delivery.
credit, creative direction and usage
please credit me when posting your images as it helps others discover my work and supports what i do.
